I have made transaction on 12th Aug 2022 for my credit card bill payment but the payment is not received in my SBI credit card account. So since 13th AUG 2022 I am requesting to the cred team over app for refund my money in my bank account but till now there are no response.
Also I haven’t received my money and whenever they reply always asked that they will review the concern and will take 24-48 hours but since 40 days his 24-48 days did not over.
I am very worried about my money and for this I have mentally tensed.
Please help me.
