Mera Tata sky ID 1430887685. Mene 19/7/2021 me new connection liya tha. Uos somoy mera ID me automatically Tata sky music pack active tha. Uos pack ka price 45/ tha. Esiliye mene customer care ko music pack deactivated kor ne kea liye request kiya tha. Aur deactive huwa or 72 hours me 45/ rupees refund ho jaiga custemer care ne bola tha. But refund nahi huwa hain. Aaz tok total 3 bar refund ke liye complain diya hu. Hor bar custemer care ne 30 minutes bad refund hoga bola tha. Lakin problem solved nahi huwa hai. So, Please mera complain ko solved korke ID Por refund kor digiye .
