I have flight on aug 14th from hyd-sfo all of sudden bcz of my grandfather died because of covid we have decided to stay quarantine for 14 days. And I have called flipkart airlines from 13th night and 14 mrg before 12hr of my flight time to reschedule my flight and they asked me to pay 31,000 to reschedule my flight to sep 1st in 15min and I have paid that amount and later they called and said rescheduling is not possible and we will refund your amount that I have paid for rescheduling. But I haven’t received any confirmation regarding refunding. In this tough situation you have to help the travelers. Kindly requesting to reschedule my flight or else refund my amount.
