I have ordered for RedTape RTE3653 white sneakers of 10 size, but the seller has shipped RedTape blue sneakers of 6.5 size. Product was delivered on Jan 20th and till now my replacement or refund is not done by the seller. I have contacted Flipkart customer care 3 times and they raised a request for refund or replacement but the seller is cancelling my request everytime.
