I have received damaged product of Samsung On8 mobile it having heating issue too.
I have requested many times with Flipkart for refund as it is second incident to me earlier same problem found while bought Mi note 5 pro in June 18. So I want refund. However Flipkart agreed to replace and send message alert same is shown in website too. But, don’t know today they sent message that replacement is rejected.
And while called customer support they replied that we have not received any request from you. It means there is no any trackability for Customer Complaint. .
Please help to resolve my issue. .
