I bought a laptop from Flipkart that delivered very late ( on- 2nd october 2025) which gives electric shocks with poor battery backup (even less than 90 minutes) . Flipkart refuses a return, offering only replacement. After multiple issues in just four days, I request a full refund, not a replacement. Now I had left with no choice so I opt for replacement, but yet no resolution , no technician visit and no approval and the date is no 14th October, per day I call to them but they say wait more and giving date over date. They wasted my time and money both. Nobody helped me out.Plz try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
