we have ordered 4 bean bags from Amazon; the product seller is the Lotus Store. order id- #407-3726962-1513114. We placed the order on April 17, 2023, and we received 1 quantity of bean bags on April 24, 2023. From 4 bean bags, we have received only 1 bean bag. So to check the product status of the other 3 bean bags, we logged into Amazon, the account was on hold so we couldn’t find the status. So it took 7 days to unhold the account, On May 02 we raised queries regarding the refund and a replacement, an account specialist from the Amazon team moved the queries and we received mail from ofmamazon@gmail.com. We explained our situation and after showing all proof, we received mail like we won’t receive any refund or replacement. We want a replacement or refund. Kindly do concern and check from your side whether the product has been delivered properly to the billing address. Or else give us the contact details of the seller of our product and tracking number and tracking detail of the product from where the product has been shipped and detail of the local delivery team (courier partner) who delivered our product. So that it will be very useful for us to track and in case report or raise a complaint this information will help us.
