I had ordered a laptop battery from amazon, entrusting the site as a quality outlet for the needed products. The battery under warranty period was damaged and i wanted a replacement for the same. Amazon provided me with the further steps to how to claim the warranty, But the manufacturer for the given company was a fraud and there was no contact details for the same. i claimed my customer service for this and was told to provide with the needed documents for the further investigation. I provided the needed docuents in December and january both. And while contacting through customer servie for my replacement or refund for the product I was not shown any progresssssssssss. And was listening the same thing about the product again and again without any further progressssss. and it has been two months since then.
