I ordered one product from Flipkart on February 15, 2023, and it arrived on February 19, 2023.
I opened this product and found it to be damaged. At that time, I called customer care to share the information, and a Flipkart employee raised the ticket for pickup and return. On the 21st of February 2023, an eKart customer picked up the package, and I received confirmation via text message, at which point I noticed in Flipkart that my return request had been cancelled. I continuously called customer care for a product refund or to give me my ordered product. Every customer filled out the details and gave me a date. Today is Day 32, but still I am not receiving any calls from the seller or receiving the money or product.
