I had ordered a smartphone from Amazon on 11/11/2020 and it was delivered on 15/11/2020,but the item which was delivered to me was not genuine as the box seal was open..and when i complained to them about this issue, they were arguing with me instead of solving it…and instead of accepting their mistake they refused to make replacement for the product….and after one week the product was returned without my permission and also the amount was also not fully refunded…just because i made prepaid payment to them for the product so that why they are troubling me now
