Hi,
I am Saumya Gupta, and I purchased Galaxy Active Watch 2 from Amazon. When it was delivered it had a scratch on the dial. Within 10 minutes I placed a request for replacement but the executive told me there was no replacement option. She then told me to refund the watch and hence I agreed. Since then the executives have placed 4 refund requests but none of them have been approved.
I am highly disappointed with the service. If you do not want to refund the money then at least replace it with the new watch but you cannot expect the customer to take the damaged product.
The guy who came for the pick up was very arrogant. He told me that no matter whatever happens he will not take the watch as Amazon has not sent him any confirmation mail. After every pick up request, I used to call customer care and a new executive was assigned to me and they would guarantee me that the watch will be taken away. The pick up guy did not even come for the pick up.
I am leaving India and now I don’t want the replacement but my full refund on the watch. I have no idea why are you guys taking so much time even when I requested for refund 4 times in the refund window but I do not want the damaged product.
I would appreciate you to solve this issue as soon as possible as it is not just wasting my money but also a wastage of my time.
