Text of Complaint by Prasanna Kumar Das:

On 31 at January I did a recharge for setup box upgradation but no technical team has visit my address for which I decided to cancelled my box upgradation and ask for refund .

Till 1st of February I have been approaching the Tata sky ( currently known as tata play ) team with multiple ticket raising but the reversal amount is not yet done .
