I booked my ticket from travolook on 20th June 2022 from manglore to jaipur, which got cancelled 2 time and I was charged two times and they assured me that I will receive my money in 10 to 15 working days, which till date I haven’t received , after multiple calls to help line which take around 15-20 min for single call (10_minute wait time), and also raised help desk ticket and no reply I got on mail even they haven’t read the mail please help me need your guidance
