I have been tweeting the past 2 weeks. I need a refund on my broadband connection but all I am getting a reply from u all that “please be patient we are looking into it”.
I need my refund or I will file for chargeback.
I was promised that I will get the connection in 24 to 48 hours, which never happened. The payment was done on 4th July
