I tried booking my tickets with Travolook by 19th Aug 2021 & due to some technical difficulties, they were unable to process my tickets and I got a booking cancelled mail from them in some few minutes.

I was suppose to get my refund within 7 to 10 working days, so ideally I should have got my payment latest by 2nd Sept 2021.  But i didnt receive my payment yet.  
I called up their customer support team today & checked for my refund.  Where i am given an update stating it will take additional 10 days to process my payment. This is complete ridiculous.
