Item(mobile phone) order on Amazon.in on 12.10.2023 was supposed to be delivered by 20.10.2023, instead the item was return to seller on 21.10.2023 claiming that the item is damaged. On contacting with Amazon customer support, they also claim due to unforeseen condition the item was return. I requested a refund on this scenario and hence they cancelled the order and initiated the refund, claiming the refunded amount will be reflected in 2-4 business day. After a week I contacted the Amazon customer support, to enquire the same instead, they make a claim that the refund has been done from their end. When I told them that the amount is not yet refund, they claim that the bank is being delayed sometime and said to contact them to get my refund. Today’s 31.10.2023 they still claim it’s the bank fault and claim they have initiated the refund for the full amount.
I file a complaint against Amazon against their refund policy as they violate their own terms and services.
I kindly request to help me to get my refund with this item. Thank you
