My Dad (Mr. Ramnarayan Daroga Sharma) had his flight from Patna to Mumbai on Jan 16th 2024 which got cancelled through Indigo and they raised a full refund for it… However, he had his return Indigo flight from Mumbai to Patna on Jan 21st 2024 which, unfortunately he won’t be able to make it as his prior flight is already cancelled. I called the airline and they mentioned that will have to bare the cancellations charges for the return flight Bom to Pat.

What can we do here ..
