I placed an order for bag on Amazon on 03/07/23 for 859/-. It was a cash on delivery order, but I got an option for pay early so I paid but transaction got failed on 06/07/23. So when I received the product I paid it again to delivery boy on 06/07/23. I got message from amazon that ‘Your payment of INR859.00 for Amazon Tracking ID 324910038893 has failed.In case your money has been debited, it will be refunded within 5 days.’ I waited but no refund was provided. So I contacted them through text and calls. I have talked to 4/5 times to different people in their customer service. But all that happens is I get a new date and say it will be refunded till then . I have shared everything with them bank statement even shown transaction on Amazon but no help till now. It’s been 18 days till the transaction failure. I’m still a student studing for exams 859/- is a good handsome amount for me. Need help with it.
