Dear sir I have ordered a track suit of Sports sun brand from Flipkart on 01nov 21 and paid an amount of Rs 1739 from my HDFC bank credit card.Estimated date of delivery was 07 Nov 21.But after sometimes Flipkart gave me a message that seller is changed and they have canceled order and automatically placed a new replacement order for the same and with new delivery date of 21 nov21.So I called to Flipkart customer care on 11 nov 21 and requested them cancellation as delivery time was too long.Still refund of Rs 1739/ is not initiated by Flipkart.I have spoken to customer care so many times but they are not solving my problem and sometimes they used to cut the fone after placing you on hold.I don’t know where to complain and whom to talk for my refund.Please do help .
