I have sent multiple emails to Spicejet custrelations@spicejet.com , nodalofficer@spicejet.com many times for the past 3-4 days for refund request.
For my PNR number: HCWS5T.
Travel from Tirupati – Hyderbad on 29th April 2021.
Due to Night Curfew in Hyderabad, Telangana till 1st May 2021 begins from 9PM to 5AM.
Our Spicejet flight SG – 3752. HAVING arrival time 07:45PM at night.
And we cant travel to our destination from airport before 9PM when night curfew begins.
We have 3years child & 8 years child along with us who also part of travelling. Hence we decided to drop off this trip due to covid 19 second wave Government restrictions in the state.
Sent several mails on our request but didnt get any proper response.
We keep connecting or trying to Spicejet customer care nos below for the past 4days continuously and was kept waited for more than an hour and nobody and no agent got connected in the call. longer waiting hour but no use. No replies to our email other than autogenerated emails with case number for the past 2days, I request someone to reach us back and provide confirmation through email on refund request as part of covid rules.
We are even ready for credit shell waiver either please help.
