highly disappointed with the attitude of

folks.. It has been almost a year , I had put the paid amount on hold with the travel triangle. Given the current condition of the pandemic, we are still not in a comfortable position to plan for a trip . However we have not received any refund amount even though I have a written invoice which states I am eligible for 100% cancellation .. they are still planning to deduct 30% fees inspite of the documented terms and conditions provided by your team….
