This is regarding my airtel fixed line number 01244076582. The connection was there in Gurgaon and got disconnected in Feb 2020 as I had to move to Pune from Gurgaon. I had made the complete payment to Airtel and after disconnection they had to provide me a refund of Rs. 3725.66. I had given them the details of NEFT transfer long time back. Since Feb I am following up for my money but every time I am getting new replies from Airtel. They are not issuing my refund. They are only sending mails with no positive response. Please help.
