On 12th feb 2022, sunday, I booked a zoom car for 13th feb 2022 early morning 5:30am to 12: 30pm.
When we went to the desired location the car was not available. Still we waited for 1 hr for car to arrive but it didn’t. So finally we booked an ola service and departed to our location. Around 7: 30 the driver/host called us and said that they are ready to go now. But we were already departed so we didn’t use the zoom car service. From that day till now i have called the customer service several time for my refund. But no one picks up the call. This is Bizarre and should not trouble their customers like this. I request consumer forum to take action against this and help me get my refund.
