On 04th April 6000 was deposited by me through net banking where amount was deducted from my account but it was not settled with rummy circle.
As per my bank, the amount has been settled with rummy circle but they are nor refunding the amount.
After servel complains, they blocked my account.
Now I am unable to approach them regarding the matter.
Kindly arrange to refund my.
