I order truke buds pro order no 40396208097501919 from amazon and recived this order on 29 march. When i open the prduct i found this product is used and damaged so have done return request and after 20 days when i contacted to customer care they said me i send wrong product and they can not give me refund but i send orignally received product to amazon. Please help me
