Hi, I am Anu Suryawanshi I had booked ticket on 5th June which was cancelled immediately and since then refund not initiated.
REF NO email Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF690113925
I have been calling them and they just giving me timelines and delaying for every 5 days and now it’s been almost 2 months.
I have also filed complaint.
They have given CASE ID 29071501
