Hi sir/mam ,
On date 29/03/2020 i initiated one transaction of rs 149/- to recharge my airtel number but unfortunately due to some issues from your side balance deducted from my credit card and it got failed and pop up shown that refund initiated as if now i didn’t received any refund , i i also attached the screenshot with this complaint could you see this and tell me asap the exact date when i receive this refund.
