Dear Sir

1.    This is to inform you that i had booked Gofirst fight G-8 358/151 from Srinagar to Guwahati on 30 Jun 2021 with PNR as  V79UFP.

2.    On 29 June at 0510 Pm i received a mail from gofirst stating that the flight has been cancelled . The screenshot of email has been attached as below.

3.   On receiving the i contacted the customer care who confirmed the same and said that i’ll be getting full refund for the ticket as the flight has been cancelled from airlines.

4.  I am contacting you in regard of my refund mount as i have not received the same or any intimation in regards of the same.

5.    You are requested to please process my refund as soon as possible.
