My ticket ref no is 837718559. I booked my ticket in the month of October..28.10.2021. I cancelled my ticket in November second week. From that day I have been contacting Travalook for my refund and they say it will take 5 wrkg days etc.. The support team led by Teeka and all the other staff under her control giving false promises that I would get refund soon. Today is 22 feb 2022 and even today they are telling me that i would get on friday. Total scammers…cheating people. They give only one number so that we do not have contact with any higher ups.
So much deception..how can these employees eat and live on the hard-earned money of others. Each time they say technical glitch from November till today and no one seems to rectify it.
