I booked a flight ticket to london from kochi, since I was tested COVID positive, could not travel. I requested for rescheduling of booking on the previous day immediately after getting the result. Flipkart executives made sure that the processing will be done but just before 3 hours of departure they sent an email the request is not processed and directly contact the airlines. When I contacted the airlines executive he mentioned that only Flipkart can do changes for the ticket. I emailed and contacted the Flipkart executives again and they asked to send the COVID result certificate, in order to get the refund. After that there was no update and the executives are disconnecting the calls.
