I was searching for flight ticket fare on google and found https://www.travolook.in/ which displayed by google advertisement. I have booked a ticket on this site and made the payment. after that i received a mail saying that your ticket has been booked and its in progress and after few minutes I received another mail saying due to technical reason your ticket has been cancelled. Booking reference no. was “Online booking from www.travolook.in with reference no : REF856126751 Booked on March 05, 2022. I tried calling their customer support number 0124-643-4800 many times but no proper response received then I mailed them but they just said refund will be processed as per policy but as per policy it’s 7-10 working days. But as of now I haven’t reviewed any amount also there representative on customer call number are really bad in their behaviour.
Request you to help me in getting my refund and take serious action against this company and close this website to prevent such frauds in future.
