Hello, I booked Air india flight tickets for my parents and niece from Sharjah to Mumbai in December 2021 from Flipkart. Further I had to cancel the tickets for my father and niece due to Covid and I received notification from Air India that the refund was issued on 17th January 2021 to travel agent (flipkart in the case) for INR 13,885/-. Upon several followups and nearly after 3 months, Flipkart only refunded INR 7000/- without any explanation of the balance amount to me. I am constantly following up with them but I am not getting any answer. Please help to file complaint against them.
