This is to bring in your notice that my name is Shivendra Kr. Pandey. I had booked my reservation through your website dated 24-Jun-2021 but it got cancelled due to an operational issue. As per the policy the amount should have been credited to my account within 10 working days. But I have not yet received the refund for the same.
Kindly make it as soon as possible.
