Sir I have Reserved some Flight Tickets Travel During The Lock Down For few Passengers Through My MMT Id [email protected] From My Colleague Amex Credit Card Ending with 2008. And My Amount Is in the Form Of Credit Shell With MMT app.
sir I can Understand the Situation Like Unless the airlines will Refund the Amount MMT Cant Able To Issue The Refund, But I dont Know When the Airlines are Ready To Utilise The Credit Shell Amount For Other Passengers ( Like Name / Sector / Date Change) Then Why make my Trip Is insisting to Travel The Same Passenger Who have Booked Ticket Must Travel Only.
Sir I have Utilised Multiple Credit Shell Amount From Spice Jet And Indigo Airlines To Utilise For Other Passengers But Airlines are Not Ready For The same In case Of Ticket Booked Through Make My Trip. And We Trust In make my trip that Our Amount is safe with MMT but I dont know After The Supreme Court Guidance of allowing Name / sector /Date Change why Make My Trip Is insisting to Travel The same Passenger
i Hope Make My Trip will understand The situation Of there Trusted Customers And allow Us to Utilise the Credit Shell Amount of other Passengers with Name / Sector And Date Change.
