Hi, I am Bindu Sree Tumati a customer for Dr Batra’d homeopathy clinic at Secunderabad from February 2023 to December 2023. Writing this complaint in the month of October for a refund of 12000 balance amount.
I started the course believing that my hair growth would be excellent by the way they were promising I even told my previous medical history (thyroid) even before I started the treatment. They asked me to stop my homeopathic treatment from elsewhere as they would be providing everything including my hair growth ( at this point I was weighing 62 for my height of 5’6). I did stop my homeopathic treatment near my home and went blindly after them as I thought both are homeopathic what difference it will make ? But I was completely wrong from the day day I started the medication from 17 February to June 27 I gained weight of 10 kgs I was weighing 72 kgs which never happened in my whole life. When confronted with them they couldn’t answer the reason behind it they started increasing my dose even after I said I don’t want the medications anymore. I stopped using the product from September onwards and there is still an amount of 12030 which I have to pay yet for the months of November and December. Please kindly refund our money as we don’t want to further continue any more treatment.
Consider the same and kindly provide us refund as our EMI is through Bajaj finance
