Text of Complaint by Preyas:

We had recently booked two way air ticket from Bengaluru to Stavanger .The return ticket from Stavanger to Bengaluru was cancelled by us by calling the customer care from Stavanger. On requesting refund we were told that refund will be from Lufthansa India services. Till date we haven’t received any emails about status . we had filled the online fomr for refund too. There is no acknowledgement . I am waiting for the last one month. I would l request to take a quick action against the service.Attached is the ticket details.
