Hi There,

I hope you are doing well.

In the month of November 2021, I have taken Big Bazaar profit club membership and paid Rs. 10000/-. Now, Big Bazaar has been taken over by reliance the card was not being accepted there. When visited the store, a mail id was given for the refund.

I tried to contact on toll-free numbers 18002662255 but the customer care numbers which are available in the website are not working.

So I would like to request you a complete refund of my membership amount of Rs 10000/- against my membership card number 92270079141576 ASAP , for your reference image is attached of the membership card.

Please acknowledge on receiving this email and the time to be taken to fullfill this request.
