I had taken a loan from PayMe India in the month of March 2023. My payment date was 1st April 2023. On that day I got a call from a customer service representative who told me to pay the EMI through link and I paid the same. After that again my EMI was deducted through ECS. Now I have been sending emails to them on grievance@paymeindia.in and also calling them but they have not been giving peroper response neither they are refunding my amount inspite of sharing the screenshot and pdf with details of transaction. Kindly help me with my refund amount. I have attached herewith the screenshots of ECS and payment made through link.
