I have booked the flight tickets for 5members on 5the April with a travel date as 15th April. The flights are cancelled due to covid and the airlines have announced for full refund of the amount and I also got it confirmed from paytm as well and they have taken request for refund of the amount. But till date I have not received any refund. I have been training to get the update but no response from the customer care team. In order to get connected to an agent it takes nearly 40min and finally he says no information about the refjnd of the amount. I got fed up with the reply what they give and there is no update. I need refund of the amount and every agent says I will get a call back but that never happen
