Hi Team,
I am writing the below email to bring to your kind notice of recharge to the wrong mobile number (9014353427) instead of the actual mobile number 9014343427 for an amount of Rs 479-/- by mistake which was made today by me, hence I am requesting to revoke the amount to the original number as soon as possible. I am attaching the snapshot of the recharge made today with the operator’s reference number for you to look at.
So please look into the issue and do what’s needed immediately. I am writing this email since when I enquired through Jio customer care they directed me to write a detailed email for speedy processing.
