I had a chat with customer care on 6th December 2020 regarding my dissconnection of the services. The connection was disconnected and somebody told me that it will be done immediately
on 7th December again had a chat with customer care person. om 7th December a ticket was raised regarding the Ticket no. 2JH809XV. Still no reply from them.
Then on 8th December received a mail asking for alternate number. I replied since I am a senior citizen I dont have any alternate number
Again on 9th December I had a chat with customer care. The only word they have to say “We regret for the inconvenience.” Your refund will be transferred soon
Now want to know if I dont have any alternate number wont the customer care proceed with the process.
Now the customer care team is not replying whether to keep the box for the team to check or should I dump it in the scrap.
If not be processed then will have to approach higher authority to claim the refund and get this sorted.
