Dear Sir/mam
I would like to inform you that on 12th July 2022 i have booked two tickets repeatedly from Guwahati to Kolkata and the tickets are auto cancelled and the amount has been debited from my account.Thus it has been almost one month as I haven’t got the refund till yet.Whenever i call the customer care first i have to wait almost 30 mins and after that they say it will be credited by EOD.I am very much disappointed by your services and if it remains the same i have to visit the consumer forum for the justice.Thus i kidney request you to refund my amount asap for which i will remain grateful to you at my below account no.
