My tatasky ID is 1106741208
I had complained about my Tata sky box on 8th sept. Technician came & changed it on 9th sept & for this I was charged rs 400.
It did not work again so I complained on13th sept & technician came but instead of him changing the box I told him to upgrade to tataskybinge & paid rs 2000 to him.
So I want the refund of Rs 400 as I did not take the box in exchange.
