Text of Complaint by Varinder Pal Singh:

I have applied for airtel broadband on 24.4.2019 and deposit the Rs.4809 for 6 month subscription. But the person Mr.  Ram Gopal Diwakar made false promise to install the connection within 24 hours after he fail to fulfill the promise and asked me to wait for 10 days, I asked him to refund the money.

He told me on 25.4.2019 that he forwarded the mail to account section and the refund will be initiate within 10-15 days. When I inquired the airtel customer care for my status on 5.5.2019 they replied me back on 6.5.2019 that the connection is canceled on 5.5.2019 and the refund will be initiated within 10-15 days.

On 17.5.2019 the customer care again mail me that my connection is canceled on 17.5.2019 and the refund will be initiated within 10-15 days. Now more than one month has been passed and I did’t get my refund back to bank account.

If such a behavior is the reputed company, how we can claim that one day we will no. 1 country of world. Kindly write to appropriate authority for early refund of my money. I am a senior citizen and I can’t go outside in such a warm weather.
