Refund of SpiceJet Airlines which was not cancelled by the Airlines not yet received since three months

Text of Complaint by Natasha Fernandes:

We had booked Spicejet Flight PNR V6JBXE from Goa to Mumbai for 13th December 2025 for six passengers through Happyfares. We received a message that the flight was cancelled for the same. This means that we are eligible for full refund by the Airlines. We tried mailing and calling Spicejet and Happyfares day in and out since past three months.
Each time whenever we called we got a standard reply that the Spicejet Airlines has not yet released our payment due to which happyfares are not able to disburse our refund.
Wherein the Spicejet has replied that they have already refunded the amount.
I am totally frustrated by such replies from Happyfares and Spicejet. I need a help as a consumer in order to get my refund of Rs 26.790

Please be informed that we have already processed the full refund dated 23-Sep-25 & 10-Dec-25, towards the same travel agency ID. We would request you to contact the same travel agency (AIR IQ). The refund amount will be as per their terms of contract.

Please note that the above-mentioned PNR was booked under a group fare through the travel agency. Therefore, we regret our inability to disclose the ticket fare.
