Dear sir
I have book air ticket from port balir to Chennai for my family members for 28780/- vide pnr no. kdt878 in the spicejet.
Due to covid pendemic the flight cancelled.
I requested to refund my full ticket amount as per court order.
Airlines told me to process refund on or after 1 st April 2021. Further they told me to furnish the bank details.
I have submitted my bank details and request to refund in full.
Airline sent reply again and again for my several email that due to technical problem online could not transferred.
Request you to intervene in the matter and arrange to refund my money in full.
