I had ordered Hush Puppies shoes from Amazon, on 1st day itself the shoe was broken. So I had asked Amazon to replace the same, but they asked to take refund. I agreed to that. Their person was suppose to collect the shoes in March but due to sudden lockdown they confirmed that they will collect once lockdown is over. On 28th May 2020 it was informed that person will come to collect shoes. Person came and collected the shoes but I didnt get any refund. I waited till 5th June and then made call to customer care service to check the status. Since then they are just committing 7 days to resolve the issue today it is 08th July again I connected to them but I am again getting same response from them. I am tired of this now and want my refund.
