I taken jio fiber connection in 30 days free trial scheme on 07/04/2021 and lodged complaint on 25/04/2021 for disconnection and refund of security money Rs 2500/-. My services was disconnected on 01/05/2021 but despite of various follow up on customer care number and mail, refund was not given till date.

I am also facing similar problems.
For me they are not coming to pick the device.
I guess they had a plan to kill the 60days span so that they don’t have to refund fully.
I can share the whatsapp chat, call log, SR request messages as proof
Any update to this, i am facing the same issue. Does anything happen if we put this complain, Jio is a pretty big company – they can easily get away with all of this.
