This is regarding My Jio Fiber existing connection cancellation. 8079639276. I have recordings of customer care executive saying that your connection will be cancelled. One person will come to collect the devices with in 2 days and money will be refunded. but it has been one month and no body came to collect the devices. Every time i call the customer care they repeat the same thing that one person will come and collect the device.
I have complete call recordings of every time customer care promises to cancel the connection.
