I have dropped the ONU device with Excitel partners, New Globe Vision, Sanwal Nagar on 13 October 2022 and requested for refund. Advised that the refund will be effected soon. But after a period of more than 4 months I am still to get the refund. In these 4 months I might have called the customer care, lodged my grievances on the Excitel portal and had chat with the customer care on the Excitel portal a couple of dozen times. Every time I am getting a response that it has been escalated and refund will be effected since October 14, 2022 but still no resolution. Even I got a link for payout on 16 Feb 2023, provided details the same day, but still the money has not been refund. Hope someone can help as I am exhausted of speaking, writing and chatting with them. There may be some check & balance on Excitel!
